Stephan Powilat and Mathias Vogel founded LABOR when they were still busy attending the Mainz School of Design. Starting out as an occasional aide, Florian Lange joined the lab soon afterwards, reinforcing the staff with his uncompromising logic and has been contributing new impulses ever since. Constantin Schneider came around 2006, and with his talent as a communicator and inspirer of men serves as the Labs mouthpiece to the world.
