The Adobe Design Achievement Awards celebrate their 10th anniversary in the year 2010. Reasons enough for us to come up with something special. Besides a slightly modified Call-for-Entries concept, we were also assigned with the relaunch of the website itself. We are very excited about the anniversary in october in Los Angeles.

Call-For-Entries concept
In order to give utterance to the anniversary character, we built a 3D model of the ADAA "A"'s. We decorated it together with a 10, garland and paper streams thus presenting the "A" as a likeable and not unobtainable trophy.

Relaunch of the website
The main goal of the relaunch was to create a new, contemporary face for the presentation. Moreover we wanted to show more pictures of past winners and contestants and their experiences to make participation more attractive. The pages that were formerly separated ought to be united in one interface. That meant that journalists, judges and sponsors would access the site with the same look and feel as the students. The combination of static pages with a login area where submissions are placed and the interactive ADAAlive gallery was challenging. Subsequently we had to prepare the page in a way that translation in different languages would be feasible.
