eightpage is our first own, independent project. Constantin had the fundamental idea in the year 2007, while working on his master thesis. Three years of development time have we invested since then. Our goal was to create a profile page that works on your own domain which is intuitive, elegant and adfree.
The project was realized without any external help or venture capital. But our team has become bigger on the way: Arni Weber is taking care of the backend, our databases and all other things that run in the background of eightpage.

The concept
eightpage costs a small fee and in return offers privacy preservation, the world's easiest edit function and a neat design. We oppose aggregation of user data such as in most social communities and prefer to build upon a transparent business model right from the start.
