Our award winning workreport documents the making of a font. The project lasted one semester and in the process we visualized techniques and approaches on how to design a font. The content is presented bilingually.
Despite the fact that it took five people and seven months to complete: It was worth it!
Production
An order was recieved for 2000 copies of a 112 paged bound book. It was printed using 60g/sqm paper in two special colours. The "shine through" effect was purposely applied and influenced the overall design.
Type Directors Club (TDC) at the drupa in D-Dorf
The exhibition at the 54. TDC Show presented itself with it's distinct "drupa" red. Despite it's colour: our green workreport received a spot.
